Jeff getting stoned about 85 miles southwest of London
Not like I don't have enough other websites to manage for fun and profit, but apparently some of my classes require me to manage this one as well.
So for those of you that don't know, I am one of ~64 current Computer Science PhD students here at DePaul. I am in the beginning of the program which means that I take a bunch of classes that prepare me a little bit for three breadth exams (update: I passed the OS (first) and the Communications (second) exams, 1 left: DBs), then I get to do a bunch of research and come up with a dissertation area/subject/proposal, and then I get to do more research, bang my face against a brick wall for awhile, write a long long paper, and hope that it is okay. So I have a long way to go from here. I spend my free time... uhh.. well I don't have free time, apparently there are a bunch of cool TV shows that I am missing. Anyway, here is the wonderful product of my time spent "learning" at various universities1234.
