On February of 2003 Archbishop Daniel E. Pilarczyk helped Our Lady of Guadalupe kick off its year long celebration of its 100th Anniversary. This is a link to a story about the history of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. The original church was built by fourteen families. The Church was dedicated in February of 1904. Since then, it has sustained two fires and grown to incorporate most of Montezuma's area families. Visitors are always welcome, and we hope to continue this great tradition of Catholicism at Our Lady of Guadalupe for the next 100 years. Use this site to enjoy and learn more about the exciting history of this Church.

For the Mercer County Catholics, here is a website that provides a history of the Cincinnati Archdiocese and contains a listing of all Ohio Catholic Churches. Scroll down to Mercer County to get a list of local churches and all their relative contact information.
