Our Lady of Guadalupe Church is a member of the Cincinnati Archdiocese and a member of the Precious Blood Society. The Church performs mass daily, along with the other sacraments. Contact the rectory at 419-268-2312 to get information about times of other sacraments. Weddings, funerals, penance, anniversaries, anointing of the sick and aged, baptisms, and all other inquaries of times and schedules can be found through the contact number by speaking to Linda Schulze. Also, you can find out about the latest projects going on in the Church, whether it be a mission trip, bake sale, or Bible Study. They can also put you in touch with groups dealing with death, marital issues, or drug abuse. Also, if you would want to volunteer your time, the Church can train you to help at mass as a Eucharistic Minister, server, or usher/greeter. They also can put you in touch with the local food pantry.
Contact Information: On February of 2003 Archbishop Daniel E. Pilarczyk helped Our Lady of Guadalupe kick off its year long celebration of its 100th Anniversary. This is a link to a story about the history of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. The original church was built by fourteen families. The Church was dedicated in February of 1904. Since then, it has sustained two fires and grown to incorporate most of Montezuma's area families. Visitors are always welcome, and we hope to continue this great tradition of Catholicism at Our Lady of Guadalupe for the next 100 years.
